At HealthGain Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

  • Delivery to remote or non-serviceable locations depends on courier partner availability.


3. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • Additional charges such as Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, if available, will be informed at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

  • Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link.


6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • HealthGain Ayurveda is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos/videos of the package and product are required for verification.


8. Shipment Delays

  • HealthGain Ayurveda shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.


9. International Shipping

  • Currently, international shipping is not available.

  • We only deliver within India.
