We currently ship across India.

Delivery to remote or non-serviceable locations depends on courier partner availability.
3. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues.
4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

Additional charges such as Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, if available, will be informed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link.
6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

HealthGain Ayurveda is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or with missing items, please report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Clear photos/videos of the package and product are required for verification.
8. Shipment Delays

HealthGain Ayurveda shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
9. International Shipping

Currently, international shipping is not available.
