Return & Refund policy

At HealthGain Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Return on Opened or Used Products

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic dietary supplements and hygiene concerns:

  • Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Products once delivered cannot be returned if the seal is broken.


2. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong product

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share your order number and product images/video

  3. Our team will review the request and guide you further

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Delivery delays caused by courier partners

  • Failure to follow usage instructions or precautions


6. Replacement Policy

  • In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.

  • Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.


7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
