At HealthGain Ayurveda, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Return on Opened or Used Products
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic dietary supplements and hygiene concerns:

Opened, used, or partially used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Products once delivered cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
2. Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

You received a wrong product

You received a damaged or defective product
-
The product is expired at the time of delivery
To be eligible:

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery

Share your order number and product images/video

Our team will review the request and guide you further
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after purchase

Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

Delivery delays caused by courier partners

Failure to follow usage instructions or precautions
6. Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.

Replacement products will be shipped at no additional cost.
7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
