Delivery Policy

At HealthGain Ayurveda, we aim to deliver your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please read our Delivery Policy carefully.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take additional time.


2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as COD fees (if available) will be informed before order confirmation.


4. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver across India.

  • Delivery to remote or non-serviceable locations may take longer or may not be possible in some cases.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.


6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

  • HealthGain Ayurveda is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address/contact details provided by the customer.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect details, re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged Package on Delivery

  • If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery.

  • If accepted, report the issue within 24–48 hours with photos or videos for resolution.


8. Change of Delivery Address

  • Address changes are possible only before order dispatch.

  • Once shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed
